This committee exists to ensure that our buildings and equipment are evaluated for any needed repairs or preventive maintenance and make recommendations to the Facilities Commission, Finance Council, and Pastor. Their goal is to do a walkthrough twice each year of buildings, documenting anything needing attention. In addition, this committee helps with planning the Volunteer Maintenance Day held each Spring and Fall. Committee members could have expertise in construction, carpentry, HVAC, mechanical engineering, plumbing, etc.
