The Vessel Cleaning Ministry meets two weeks prior to Easter and Christmas in the Lower Level of the Church to clean the liturgical objects used at Mass. They clean and polish the altar vessels, plastic drip pans, large candle stands and bells, incense items and the tabernacle. An announcement appears in the bulletin inviting anyone to join in. Between major cleanings, frequently used vessels are washed with soap and water. Ministry starts after Mass.
