Welcome to St. Charles Spiritual Mentorship for teens/young adults. This mentorship uses a model of youth ministry known as Small Group Discipleship. A small group of students meet regularly with one or two adult mentors. These groups will have conversations about life and faith. These groups are meant to form deep and meaningful relationships, as well as foster lifelong disciples of Jesus Christ. They are flexible in their scheduling, parent-partnered and they meet the needs of the students:

To be seen

To be known

To be heard

To be loved

To be authentically yourself

These small groups are a great way of being flexible with your busy schedule, while also meeting the basic needs of teens/young adults through authentic friendship and mentorship of living in this world as a Catholic. So what does this look like?

  • Each Small Group is gender and grade specific
  • Each Small Group is made up of 4-6 students (usually already friends and they do not need to be Catholic)
  • Each Small Group will pick a day, time and meeting spot that works best for their group (this can change based on which season we are in).
  • Each Small Group is lead by a fully trained and vetted Adult Mentor (groups are welcome to pick their own mentors)

The first step in starting or joining a Small Group is to simply fill out the “Student Small Group Form” below and we will be in contact with you. If you are a parent or an adult wanting to mentor, please fill out the “Interested Mentor Form” below and we will set up a time to meet.
